1. Reservations & Bookings

All room reservations are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment or a confirmation message from our team. We reserve the right to refuse a booking at our discretion.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the check-in date are fully refunded. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival may be charged one night's room rate. No-shows are charged in full. To cancel, contact us at +977 9742864405.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in is from 2:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Valid photo ID is required at check-in.

4. Online Delivery Orders

Delivery orders are accepted within our designated delivery area. Estimated delivery times are approximate. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Payment must be completed before delivery.

5. Payments

We accept cash, eSewa, Khalti, and bank transfer. All prices are in Nepali Rupees (NPR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment screenshots must be submitted as proof for online payments.

6. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to respect the property and other guests. Taaza Resort reserves the right to ask guests causing disturbance or damage to vacate without refund. Any damage to property will be charged to the guest.

7. Liability

Taaza Resort is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings. Guests use all facilities at their own risk. We are not responsible for any injury arising from the use of swimming pools, recreational facilities, or other amenities.

8. Changes to These Terms
